ePOWER Global is a global power engineering and AI solutions company. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
This policy covers this website and the enquiries you send us. When we build or run systems for a client, including AI or healthcare software, the data in those systems is handled under our agreement with that client.
What we collect
- Enquiry forms: your name, email address and message, plus your phone or WhatsApp number and the service you choose, if you give them. We also record the page you sent the form from.
- Direct messages: what you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Website use: the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser type, and how you reached the site. Google Analytics collects this for us.
- Technical logs: your IP address, browser, and the date and time of each request. Our servers and hosting provider keep these to run and protect the site.
Please do not send patient records, payment details or other sensitive personal information through our forms. If a project needs this kind of data, tell us first and we will agree a safe way to handle it.

We do not give your information to other companies for their own marketing.

We work with clients worldwide, and our team and service providers may be based outside your country. Your information may be processed there. Where the law requires it, we use suitable safeguards for these transfers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and project records for as long as we need them to answer you, deliver the work and meet our legal duties. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous. Google Analytics keeps its data for the period set in our account, up to 14 months.
How we protect it
This website uses HTTPS, so information you send is encrypted on its way to us. Enquiries are stored in a private admin area that only authorized staff accounts can open. Our forms also have spam protection. No website is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
